Password Reset

If needed please refer to the Password Reset instructions below:

1. Click on the Reset Password Button

   The password reset button will take you to the Account Password Reset Page
   

2. Reset Password Page

   Enter the email used to sign up then click the “Reset Password” Button
   
   

3. Reset Password Email Sent

   Look for the message “Password reset email has been sent”
   
   

4. Check your email

   You will receive an email with subject Password Reset Request for Mangrove Investor
   
   

5. Open Password Reset Email

   Open this email and look for the “Click here to reset your password” link
   
   

6. To the Password Rest Page

   After clicking the link in the Password Reset Email you will be taken to a page where you can now enter your new password
   
   

7. Use a strong Password

   Please make sure you use a strong password using a combination of letters, numbers and symbols
   
   

8. Re-enter new password and select save

   Re-Enter the same password to verify and then click the “Save” button.
   Remember this password along with the hundred other passwords you have!
   
   

9. Password Reset Successful

   Look for the Password success message and you will be sent to the login page
   
   

10. Login with new password

    Now you can login to your account using your new password.
    
    

11. If all went well you should be logged in now

    You now have access to the My Account Menu with your subscription access.
