How do I change my account password?

Your account password can be managed and changed by selecting the the >My Account>Account Details menu item

I’m suspicious of an email I received from Mangrove Investor. How can I tell if it is legitimate?

Readers should always be on guard against phishing schemes. Mangrove Investor will not request any sort of payment outside the secure payment process within our website. If you believe you have received an email or request that is not from Mangrove Investor, please contact us directly for verification.

How do I change my credit card information?

Credit card information can be managed under Payment Methods in the My Account menu.

How do I renew my subscription?

Annual subscriptions are set to renew automatically based on term. Lifetime subscriptions maintenance fees are set to automatically be charged every 12 months.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Annual plans have a 30 day guarantee period from the time you subscribe. At any time during the initial 30 day period you can send an email to wecare@magroveinvestor and request a cancellation for a full refund. 

After the initial 30 day guarantee period, membership plans can only be canceled at the end of the term. You have the option to cancel your membership at the end of your current term by selecting the “Cancel” button via the >My Account>My Subscriptions menu option.

Please note: Monthly plans do not have a 30 day guarantee period; they can be canceled at any time on a monthly basis.
